Flex card pbms in Butler

From a message Bill Sees received & sent to the i-desk team:

“Byung Kim from Housing & Dining came to my office at about 11:30am today to inform me that they had a problem with the VTS unit in Butler. I instructed Byung that he get in contact with you to inform you of the problem. At that time he also informed me that he did not have a estimate as to how long it would take to fix the problem. The solution that they came up with was to put up signage directing customers to go to the Blue Java location in Butler’s lobby to add value to their cards. Blue Java will also have blank cards that can be valued for anyone who may need to purchase a card.

Listening to Podcasts on our office workstations

Question: In order to listen to podcasts on our office workstations, we’ll need to download iTunes, correct? I wanted to listen to the podcast of the CCNMTL syposium, especially Jim Neal’s opening remarks, and was unable to do so because I don’t have iTunes on my workstation. Sarah, can you ask LSO if iTunes can be downloaded to all of our workstations? That would be easier than each of us requesting it individually.
