Wireless problems in 301

I’ve had a report of pbms connecting to the wireless in 301. It’s probably overload on the systerm; shld these be reported somewhere?

  1. Wireless problems in 301 should be reported by the individual users to the CUIT helpdesk. They can do this online at http://www.columbia.edu/acis/support/index.html

  3. Wireless was not working on Saturday (2/4). I gave patrons the AcIS url and encouraged them to go someplace where the wireless was working so they could report the problem, but I wish there was some way that we could report it directly to AcIS.
